We are in the process of doing some needed repairs to our conveyor line wash. We are vapor blasting all the mill scale and debris that builds up over years of powder coating. Once that is done we have to clean out all the blasting material and get the surface ready for the chemical resistant tank lining to be sprayed on. That process will be two coats about 8 to 10 mils each. This should provide us with a thick protective coating to help prevent the walls from rusting away. The other thing we are doing is dry ice blasting our conveyor chain. It will remove the build up of powder and other debris. We will post picture as the project moves forward.
